1. MAKE YOUR BED
It should be common practice to make the bed immediately after waking up.
Reality is that most moms go to be very tired and it is quite hard to jump out of bed in the morning.
So while running water on your bath, squeeze in bed making which should take no longer that 3 minutes.
2. TIDY UP THE BEDROOM
During the dress up time, put any dirty clothing together, as you walk around the bedroom. You can pile the dity clothes together.
Once you have all the dity clothers piled together, you can pick them up together into the laundry basket.
Any clean clothes to be fold and put into the wardrobe.
This exercise should take no more than 2 minutes even if you were to dedicate yourself to this step.


3. SWEEP/MOB THE BEDROOM
As you do the final touches on yourself and getting ready to leave your home. You can squeeze in sweeping and moping your floor to clean up any dirt on your tile or woooden floor.
For carpet flooring a broom and a dustpan gets the job done.
For tiled or wooden floors, first step is sweeping the bedroom floor. Then dip in your mop into warm water and dry as best as you can. Clean up the whole floor with a single wipe.
This practice may be a bit of a challenge in the beginning. But with ongoing practice they will form part of your morning routine.
These tips will also give you the much needed rest over the weekend. You can enjoy some rest on Saturdays for a few hours.
Now you can afford to do spring cleaning of once a month, while on other Saturdays of the month you focus on a quick vacuuming to clear out the dust in areas out of sight.
